We are looking for a Training and Development Manager to join our team. As part of our support to USSOCOM’s System Integration Partner Program, the Training and Development Manager will support our partner by being responsible for the creation, management, and delivery of world-class, technical training instruction, enabled through an understanding of the Program’s products and our partner’s unique demands. Multi-functional work and proactive communication across internal teams will help you drive the end-to-end customer experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and manage the delivery of training and education across the entire Systems Integration Partner family-of-systems
• Design training curriculums (POIs) across a variety of platforms, ranging from computer-based simulations and knowledge portals to hands-on individual and collective training
• Build, deploy and resource a globally distributed training cadre
• Create and update training material for Anduril and Partner product capabilities
• Collaborate with industry partners to remain up to date on latest product and technology updates within the family-of-systems
• Work across all Anduril teams, including Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations, to capture product updates and support training of End Users
• Build tools, collect data, and inform Program Management and Business Development efforts

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 10-years of work experience
• Ownership mentality with strong initiative in managing your own work, andpossibly that of others.
• Resourcefulness. You should have a natural bias towards action and assuming responsibility very early on in your Anduril career
• Training and training management background. Ideally managing training POIs and major training events for military or Special Operations Forces (SOF)
• Candidates who thrive in a dynamic and ambiguous environment where multitasking and time management skills are essential — you are leadership on a team that is helping our partner solve a critical challenge
• Comfort with communicating complex thoughts simply across various methods of communication and tools
• Ability to comfortably work in a cross-functional, matrix environment with little to no hierarchical relationships
• Enthusiasm towards transforming US and allied military capabilities with advanced technology

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Prior Special Operations experience extremely helpful
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Expertise in cUASsystem employment a plus
