We are working on cutting edge complex systems that need to operate in the harshest of conditions. To support our development and deployments tasks we are building up a Modeling and Simulation team to support our efforts. Our goal is to create a modeling and simulation capability to support all stages of our current and future product life cycles, from prototype development all the way to deployment, training and sustainment.

As a member of the Modeling & Simulation team, you will have the opportunity to:

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Have an outsized impact on the culture and key architectural decisions of the team
• Work on challenging problems in a fast-paced environment from across our portfolio of programs and products
• Work with multi-disciplinary subject matter experts to understand and adequately model pertinent sub-system, system and system of system dynamics
• Work with internal and external customers to understand simulation requirements and develop efficient modeling and simulation solutions
• Own the end-to-end configuration of our SiTL, HiTL, and PiTL for our test vehicles in support of safe and efficient flight tests

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years in relevant Science and/or Engineering related field; relevant academic experience (BSc., MSc. Phd etc.) qualifies
• Experience working with integrated air vehicle platforms
• Experience with requirements management (as it applies to integrated platform simulation)
• Experience with setting up/operating:
• Software-In-The-Loop (SITL) solutions
• Hardware-In-The-Loop (HITL) solutions
• Pilot-In-The-Loop (PITL) solutions
• Monte-Carlo simulations
• Flight test experience
• Proficiency with C/C++
• Nominal proficiency with scientific computing systems (Python (e.g., numpy, scipy) or Mathworks products (e.g., MATLAB, SIMULINK etc.))
• U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data
