Anduril’s Catalyst organization is comprised of multiple teams that own simulation and autonomy capabilities. These capabilities enable Anduril- fielded and third-party assets to jointly execute complex tasks in safe and strategic ways with appropriate human supervision. We focus on integration with existing force structures while shaping new ways of accomplishing the mission. A combination of optimization algorithms and expert domain knowledge pushes autonomy to the edge to deliver responsive multi-vehicle coordination for tasking in complex environments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Write test specifications and execute test cases
  • Utilize tooling (e.g., Sentry, JIRA) to find, track, and document issues
  • Identify clear and concise reproduction steps for defects and champion their resolution
  • Help establish a functional automation process
  • Provide regular feedback to the team using clear metrics about product quality
  • Mentor other QA Engineers
  • Be passionate about QA as a discipline
  • Help build the foundations of QA in our product teams
  • Facilitate continuous improvement of our products
  • Act as a customer advocate

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience writing test specs and test cases.
  • Experience owning the quality of multiple products and features.
  • Experience working in the intersection between multiple software products at once
  • Experience working directly with game development teams.
  • U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data
