As the first member of the Australia Recruiting team, you have the ability to
shape the way Anduril Australia builds a team. You will be given the unique
opportunity to partner with the leadership team on the initial and ongoing
hiring strategies for the region. You will be seen as a high-trust partner to
the greater organization. This opportunity is truly unique and best suited for
someone who likes early stage growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- As the first Talent Acquisition partner on the ground you will partner with Executive leadership on the recruitment strategy for Anduril Australia
- Source and identify top technical talent across multiple disciplines within Software and Hardware industries
- Plan and host recruitment events
- Manage candidates through entire recruiting process
- Work with hiring teams to identify needs on the team
- Partner with interviewers and hiring managers to define interview process and new evaluation techniques
- Cultivate employee referrals
- Partner with and manage third party recruitment firms
- Ensure candidates have positive experience throughout the recruitment process
- Kick off University recruiting efforts in Australia
- 5+ years experience recruiting in the Australian tech market
- Previous experience working at companies that have scaled quickly
- Experience recruiting in either high tech or defence environments
- Ability to thrive in undefined environments
- Extensive experience sourcing software engineering, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering talent in the Australian market
- Experience with salary negotiations
- Full cycle recruiting experience across multiple disciplines
