WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support internal departments on graphic design projects including communications collateral, presentation material, signage, and digital assets
• Ability to convey technical and copy-heavy information into visual hierarchy
• Work closely with partners to articulate messaging concepts
• Manage production schedules and take account of information in meetings
• Ensure design standards are upheld across all collateral
• Prepare print-ready files and output of digital formats

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years of experience or pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or related field
• Strong visual communicator with practical skills in Adobe CC Suite. Proficiency in deck-building and PowerPoint a plus
• Passion for typography with an established sense of layout and composition across both digital and print media
• Strong understanding of printing techniques and production limitations
• A team player, punctual, while maintaining discretion and protect confidential information
• Ability to work out of Costa Mesa office
• U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data
