As both a hardware and software company, we need to test our products in real- world environments to ensure mission success. We’re looking to hire a full- time test site coordinator to support our test site in North Las Vegas. The right person for this role has a strong level of service orientation, great operational instincts, organized, proactive, adaptive, and wants to see the full team succeed. If you are someone who likes to roll up your sleeves and help the team across a variety of operations functions, then this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of our test site, including daily setup, equipment audits, maintenance, ordering and stocking supplies, and on the ground logistics.
• Drive inventory from our warehouse to our Nevada test site daily
• Maintain accurate inventory to enable better day-to-day planning at our Nevada test site
• Help our Test Engineers with a variety of operational tasks that enable engineering, such as flight execution, material prep, or supporting test profiles by participating in our demonstrations
• Run event preparation at our test site location for high profile client visits and demonstrations
• Be responsible for fire and medical emergency preparedness and training
• Coordinate and maintain vendor relationships
• Travel 25% to support other test sites

Requirements:

• At least four years of experience in operations
• Ability to own a variety of tasks in an autonomous environment
• High-level verbal and written communication skills
• Quick learner, willing to dive into new topics, both technical and non-technical.
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to lift 50lbs overhead without support
