As a key member of Anduril's Campus Recruiting team, you will be responsible for assisting with execution of the company's strategy for campus recruiting and collaborating with founders, engineers and team leads to help identify and hire university talent. We are looking for someone who can handle every aspect of recruiting and is excited to be part of small team where no task is too big or too small. The focus of this role will be on mechanical/hardware early talent hiring.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

•   Lead candidates through entire recruiting process
  

• Build brand awareness on campus

•   Assist in planning, coordinating and attending campus recruiting events
  

•   Play an integral part in planning and executing diversity recruiting initiatives
  

•   Help to define campus recruiting event strategy
  

•   Track, analyze, and report on metrics and efficiency of university hires and programs
  

•   Identify top university programs to partner with on a variety of hardware and software positions
  

•   Partner with interviewers and hiring managers to define interview process and new evaluation techniques
  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•  1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in hardware, mechanical, electrical or a similar space
  

• Familiarity with college recruiting frameworks and strategies

•  Familiarity of Lever ATS reports
  

•   Startup experience
  

•   Knowledge of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion recruiting strategies
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•   Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  

•   Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time during college season (August - November)
  

•   Willing to travel 30% of the time the rest of the year
