Why This Role Is Important To Arcadia

The Application Enablement Analyst will join the operations team of a healthcare data and analytics software company. This role reports to the Manager of Application Enablement and will involve a combination of technical and operational responsibilities.

What Success Looks Like

In 3 months

- Understand the basic structure of each product in your portfolio; this includes all key steps involved in product implementation, the value proposition each product holds for our customers, and the range of advanced configuration options we offer

- Build relationships with the Arcadia resources who support product implementation; this includes Product Managers and Analysts, Implementation and Account Managers, and Operations Managers

- Manage tickets and projects in our Jira & Confluence platforms

- Begin engaging with clients around key product functionalities and decisions

- Implement basic product configuration changes using SQL and HTML

- Draft documentation around product use cases, release notes, configuration options, workflows, and stakeholders

In 6 months

- Own client conversations around product strategy and configuration options

- Manage end-to-end implementations for the products in your portfolio alongside Arcadia’s Implementation Managers

- Independently apply advanced customer configurations using SQL and HTML

- Assist with issue triage and enhancement requests related to your products

- Own management of the implementation roadmap for each product in your portfolio

- Advise on Arcadia’s product development roadmap based on client feedback and internal observations

- Serve as a primary point of contact for your product and support questions from internal customer and technical teams as needed

In 12 months

- Serve as a designated SME for all products in your portfolio

- Understand standard healthcare workflows around patient outreach, care management, risk adjustment, and quality performance

- Confidently lead client conversations around Arcadia’s product workflows and configurations

- Independently tailor product implementation plans to your clients’ individual workflows and priorities

- Propose and drive operational improvements both within and across product teams

What You'll Be Doing

• Serving as a key liaison between the Product and Customer Management teams
• Acting as a designated subject matter expert and owner for 2-3 Arcadia products
• Driving the implementation of SQL-based configurations and assist with issue troubleshooting for products related to patient outreach, care management, risk adjustment, and quality performance
• Supporting SDLC activities for multiple products and partner directly with engineering leads to refine and deconstruct work
• Engaging directly with clients and serve as a strategic advisor throughout end-to-end product implementations
• Advising on optimal workflows and configurations in Arcadia based on a client’s existing priorities and processes
• Designing and maintaining product implementation guides suitable for both internal and client use
• Balancing multiple product implementations simultaneously and engage technical support from across the organization as needed
• Supporting the Operations team in their efforts to redesign Arcadia’s approach to product implementations
• Understanding how Arcadia’s clinical and claims data ecosystem, products, analytics models, and business strategy improve patient outcomes and reduce cost of care across the country

What You'll Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in business, science, technology, or healthcare
• 3+ years working experience in technology or product management, preferably with a health care focus
• Experience working directly with customers in a product implementation or management capacity ** **
• Coding experience in SQL; knowledge of HTML or other related scripting languages is also appreciated
• Eagerness to learn, a detail-oriented mindset, and a creative approach to problem solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a specific ability to discuss complex product concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• General ability to ramp up quickly on technical topics

Would Love for You to Have

• Experience in value-based care, risk adjustment, care management, or quality measure performance
• Experience using collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
