The Product Director of Data Platforms is responsible for design, plan and execution of furthering our leadership in heathcare data, and enabling scale to handle the exponentially growing needs of tomorrow’s patients.

What Success Looks Like

In 3 months

- Developing a deep understanding of our platform, application suite, our market, and our customers to inform strategic planning on the next wave of healthcare data platform innovation

- Getting acquainted with your team of highly motivated and talented group of product managers and analysts. Understand their development methodologies and support incremental improvements

- Supporting the recruiting, hiring and onboarding of more engineering and product talent to realize your vision

- Collaborating with peers in Analytics and Care Suite spaces to build holistic vision of the Arcadia platform

In 6 months

- Delivering a 24mon. strategic roadmap for the product area, including strategy for microservice architecture, and use it to inform adjustments to your teams individual product roadmaps

- Widely recognized as a SME and innovative leader by both customers and peers internally

- Establishing proactive market/customer engagement program and user groups for your product space

In 12 months

- Delivering major cross-product releases into the market

- High and improving platform success scores, including customer satisfaction, revenue growth and margin attainment

- Demonstrating improvements in margin attainment with higher-efficiency platform and lower support/implementation costs

What You’ll Be Doing

• Reporting to Chief Product Officer and joining a talented team of Product experts, you will drive the strategic vision of Arcadia’s leading Data Platform, and guide major improvements to scale and sustainability
• Oversee a team of bright product managers and collaborate with brilliant minds in US healthcare at the leading healthcare systems across the country
• Partnering with Architects to design the leading healthcare data platform, powering care delivery and patient outcomes for hundreds of millions of patients
• Crafting and refining a 1-3 year roadmap for the product portfolio with input from business owners in operations, engineering, and a network of thought leaders and advisors
• Managing team of product managers and analysts in continuous refinement and execution of the platform vision
• Guiding expansion of microservices/API architecture routing billions of healthcare transactions and patient records
• Identifying strategic areas of new investment and generating budget models for product expansion

What You'll Bring

• Experience leading teams and driving strategy at SaaS/PaaS business
• Deep prior experience implementing API/services layer and deconstructing data monoliths
• Experience in data lake architecture and enablement
• Experience with system telemetry, logging, and measurement
• Healthcare data experience a plus, including FHIR, HL7, payer claims and enrollment
• Platform mindset – development of enabling services for other product development functions
• Big-picture and end-to-end systems thinker – candidate needs to fully understand business needs
