Why This Role Is Important To Arcadia

The Measures Implementation Analyst will join the product team of a healthcare data and analytics software company. This role reports to the Manager, Measures Implementation and will involve a combination of technical and delivery responsibilities.

What Success Looks Like

In 3 months

- Understand the basic structure of Arcadia’s measure engine; this includes all key steps involved in implementation, the value proposition quality measures hold for our customers, and the range of advanced configuration options we offer

- Build relationships with the Arcadia resources who support measures implementation; this includes Product Managers and Analysts, the Measure Validation and Measure Content teams, engineers, and customer/account managers

- Manage tickets and projects in our Jira & Confluence platforms

- Begin engaging with clients around key measure functionalities and decisions

- Implement basic product configuration changes using SQL and JSON

- Draft documentation around product use cases, release notes, configuration options, workflows, and stakeholders

In 6 months

- Own client conversations around measures strategy and configuration options

- Manage end-to-end measure implementations alongside Arcadia’s Implementation Managers

- Independently apply advanced customer configurations using SQL and JSON

- Assist with issue triage and enhancement requests related to measures

- Advise on Arcadia’s product development roadmap based on client feedback and internal observations

- Serve as a primary point of contact for measures and support questions from internal customer and technical teams as needed

In 12 months

- Serve as a designated SME for measure implementation and configuration

- Understand standard healthcare workflows around quality management

- Confidently lead client conversations around Arcadia’s product configurations

- Independently tailor implementation plans to your clients’ individual workflows and priorities

- Propose and drive operational improvements both within and across product teams

What You'll Be Doing

• Serving as a key liaison between the Product and Customer Management teams
• Acting as a designated subject matter expert and owner for implementing and configuring measures
• Driving the implementation of SQL- and JSON-based configurations and assisting with issue troubleshooting for the measure engine and the products that leverage its output
• Supporting SDLC activities for the measure engine product and partnering directly with engineering leads to refine and deconstruct work
• Engaging directly with clients and serving as an advisor throughout end-to-end measure implementations
• Advising on optimal workflows and configurations in Arcadia based on a client’s existing priorities and value-based contracts
• Designing and maintaining implementation and configuration guides suitable for both internal and client use
• Balancing multiple customer implementations simultaneously and engaging technical support from across the organization as needed
• Understanding how Arcadia’s clinical and claims data ecosystem, products, analytics models, and business strategy improve patient outcomes and reduce cost of care across the country

What You'll Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in business, science, technology, or healthcare
• 2+ years working experience in technology or product management, preferably with a health care focus
• Experience working directly with customers in a product implementation or management capacity ** **
• Coding experience in SQL; knowledge of JSON or other related scripting languages is also appreciated
• Eagerness to learn, a detail-oriented mindset, and a creative approach to problem solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a specific ability to discuss complex product concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• General ability to ramp up quickly on technical topics

Would Love for You to Have

• Experience in value-based care, quality measure performance, and NCQA HEDIS measures specifically
• Experience using collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
• A positive attitude and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment
