Why This Role Is Important To Arcadia

Serve as a member of Arcadia's product development team for our high growth Population Health and Analytics software. Will analyze large and diverse data sets on our customized data model and systems to support a wide variety of customers in the healthcare space.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare, analyze and visualize tens of millions of healthcare data records to support marketing and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses, customer requests and product Research and Development (R&D);
  • Balance and deliver on multiple ad-hoc data analyses for customers;
  • Take ownership of content creation over specific domains including: Readmissions and Social Determinants of Health (SDOH);
  • Build content for Arcadia's proprietary technical foundry database and systems;
  • Support production support team in identification of issues and root causes;
  • Assist junior analysts with complex data analytics;
  • Develop and create dashboards and analyze medical economics data to identify insights that assist customers with value-based care;
  • Assist customers on technical aspects of our population healthcare analytics terms; and
  • Become an expert in Arcadia's customer facing analytics tools.

What You'll Bring

  • Master’s degree (or an equivalent foreign degree) in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or a closely related field and 3 years of experience in a data analytics role serving the healthcare provider industry; or
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent foreign degree) in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or a closely related field and 5 years of experience in a data analytics role serving the healthcare provider industry.

Must also have 3 years of experience (which can have been gained concurrently with the primary experience requirement above) with the following:

  • Performing data analytics with respect to medical and pharmacy claims, population health management and value-based care contracts, Social Determinants of Health data, Care management processes including experience simulating care management outcomes and Medical economics;
  • Report creation, modeling, and trend forecasting;
  • Working across product, operations, and marketing analytics including defining key metrics, building insightful dashboards and pipelines, designing/analyzing experiments, and conducting post-launch analysis;
  • Working with key IT business systems, reporting and analytics, and data warehousing; and
  • MS SQL Server, Tableau, Quick Site, Python, Java, Scala, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, GGPlot and advanced Excel.
  • Must also have strong communication and presentation skills.
