To be able to support our new and growing lines of business, we are looking to turbocharge our Implementation team.

About the Role

The Enterprise Implementation Specialist is at the center of all Enterprise implementations. You will translate complex deal structures into well documented implementation requirements and ensure all configurations are completed in a timely and accurate manner. You will work closely with the Enterprise Delivery team, who is focused on the API and product related aspects of an Enterprise implementation, to under-promise and over-deliver for our partners.

Responsibilities:

• Become the domain expert in the implementation of the AutoFi system for Enterprise/API relationships
• Maintain and update customer facing documentation to provide configuration status and issue tracking updates
• Guide external clients through the integration, configuration, testing and launch phases of implementation
• Communicate cross functionally on status of all assigned implementations; including status meetings, follow up, and milestone updates
• Accomplish quality and volume goals by partner

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years automotive or digital retail/lending software implementation experience with medium-large enterprise accounts
• SaaS API experience
• Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented, fast learner with good communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Able to optimize processes to onboard dealers quickly and with high quality
• Ability to work cross functionally, internally and externally
• Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver high quality results

Preferred Qualifications:

• Startup experience
• Remote work experience
