About the Role

Autofi Data team is looking for Senior Business Intelligence Architect who will be responsible for dwh and data architecture, provide best practice on ELT/ETL development, also lead other team member to develop aggregation data using snow-flake/star schemas also structures for data lakes, data mart, and data warehouses in Snowflake db; Building highly interactive, customizable dashboard/reports for large datasets. Responsibilities will also include technical delivery review, monitor processes, build notification and alerting for ETL/ELT process, dbt, architect data ingestion from many different resources and provide resolution of best data architecture, and the migration of the existing on-premises / cloud applications to the Snowflake platform. This role will also create powerful dashboards, create action filters, parameters, and calculations for preparing dashboards, notification, and worksheets.


  • Working with the Head of Data, BI architect will be responsible for implementing a large scale Snowflake Enterprise Data Warehouse. Responsibilities will include
  • Build/Monitor/Troubleshoot Extract, Transform and Load (ETL/ELT) nightly or other frequency jobs using Hevo/Talend/Python/Scala and Snowflake Task
  • Writing SQL queries against Snowflake and developing dbt scripts to expose businesses data
  • Create custom UDF for variant columns within Snowflake.
  • Curate, analyze and develop new dimensions, metrics, and aggregation from disparate data sources and integrate to a single source of truth
  • Create automated reporting using tools in Sigma Computing reporting system
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions end to end
  • Provide direction and solution to other analysts in the area of technical aspect
  • Automate data quality process from upstream to downstream.

Required Qualifications

  • Senior level BI function related experience as data analyst, data engineer, or related role
  • Strong SQL skill with advanced knowledge of programming
  • Solid understanding of OLAP data model (dimensional modeling)
  • Experience with nosql mongodb with json datatype
  • Experience with Business Apps: Salesforce, Stripe etc
  • Experience with web analytics especially Amplitude
  • Familiarity with JavaScript programming language
  • Familiarity with data quality process using Great Expectations is a plus
  • Experience with data visualization, preferably in Sigma or similar tools
  • Preferred Prior Automotive or FinTech experience
  • Preferred BA / MS or equivalent coursework in quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.)
