Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming and outgoing payment, including prepare and check supporting documents, make sure all payments are settled in time
- Liaise with banks for account management such as bank reconciliation
- Monitor and manage the organisation's bank relationships and liquidity
- Check all bank accounts and download bank statements, take records of daily cash flow
- Daily cash management
- Assets risk management and risk mitigation strategies
- Release bank receipt to the related department
- Supporting accountant of book-keeping and documentation
- Support team members on monthly closing
- Analysing various scenarios and risks and propose the best solutions
- Forecasting of medium and long- term funding and hedging requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance/ Accounting
- 3+ years experience in finance and banking or related experience
- Well organized, careful and patient, put enough attention on details
- Familiar with OA software
- A team player with integrity and positive attitude, hardworking and diligent
- Mandarin Chinese knowledge is an advantage, for communicating with various stakeholders across the company
