Responsibilities

• Maintain reconciliations with vendors and bank deposit/withdrawal funds,
• Perform day to day accounting tasks including bookkeeping of vendors, bank transactions, taxes and personnel expenses,
• Raise customer invoices and follow up settlement process of the invoices,
• Liaise with customer support for customer related issues,
• Perform weekly payment cycles,
• Liaise with banks when necessary,
• Perform month end closing activities and actively involve in group reportings,
• Maintain coordination and communication with shared service centers and global teams resident abroad i.e. clearing desk, treasury, finance, legal etc.,
• Contribute to financial audits and provide documentation for audit team,
• Involve in development of systems implementation and improvements,
• Ensure all Finance processes are line with Turkish GAAP and group policies,
• Support e-ledger, BA-BS processes, VAT1-VAT2, corporate, stamp and withholding tax declarations,
• Take responsibility in Finance related projects when needed.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or related fields,
• Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting and finance,
• CPA will be an asset,
• Experience in trading market or audit background will be an asset,
• Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills in English with the ability to interact immediately,
• Knowledge of Logo Tiger, Netsuite as well as e-invoice, e-ledger will be an asset,
• Have a keen sense of risk and a good ability to identify risks,
• Strong analytical thinking, committed, enthusiastic, self-motivated, fast in action with teamwork awareness, focused on learning & personal development,
• Familiar and interested in crypto and financial services,
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a tight deadline oriented environment with a high sense of responsibility and outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
