We are looking for an Assistant Ops Manager to plan, oversee and execute projects from the initial ideation through to completion. You are expected to coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time and with the desired outcomes aligned to business objectives and client requirements, as well as leverage data to explore more growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, deliverables and dependencies.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders to resolve blockers and ensure projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
• Develop strong relationships with key partners that fit into our go-to-market strategy
• Evaluate strategic partnership opportunities by, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in operations and/or project management roles
• Proficiency in SQL, Google tools
• Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills
• Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Able to work independently and in teams
