We are looking for an Associate Creative Director to help develop and define the Binance identity. You will be part of a highly talented team, working to elevate the brand through creative excellence.

This position can be fully remote or can work in one of our offices in Asia, the UK, or the Americas.


  • In collaboration with the Head of Creative, develop a Brand Architecture and related design systems to reflect the identity of Binance globally; across different products and local markets
  • Spearhead conversations with internal stakeholders and work closely with the CMO to align on Brand messaging and messaging frameworks
  • Own the development of quick-turnaround Brand identities for sub-brands
  • Lead a small team in the development of Brand design assets
  • Collaborate with the UI/UX team on cascading Brand design principles and guidelines in the Web/App environment
  • Collaboration with internal functions to maintain a cohesive brand, while defining design system flex for Binances’ Ecosystem of Brands
  • Collaborate closely with motion designers to define the evolution of the brand through industry-leading motion graphics
  • Development of design toolkits and templates; conduct workshops on usage of brand system and templates
  • Coordinate branding efforts, from gathering responses to driving workshops, in order to establish alignment across teams
  • Ideation of Brand-led campaigns


  • At least 9 years of professional experience in established branding agencies, or senior in-house Branding roles
  • Proven track record in developing Brand identities from the ground up
  • Previous experience in working with UI/UX teams
  • Extensive portfolio representative of Branding work done
  • A clear communicator - ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly, while collaborating closely with teams outside of the Creative group
  • Knowledge and interest in the world of Binance and cryptocurrency is a plus
  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator expertise is a must
  • Familiarity with Figma, and various Font development tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with UI/UX work is a plus
  • Fluency in English required, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
