We are looking for a Binance Card and Pay Operation Manager to join our team.

This is a remote role and can be based in any global locations.

Responsibilities:

• Work with product, marketing, engineering and local product growth teams to influence and shape the product strategy and roadmap, drive change for key issues, and prioritize product change requests based on issue volume, members impacted, revenue impact, and other relevant metrics

Card Operation:

• Evaluate new card service providers including card manufacturing, packaging and shipping service. Establish service agreement with service provider and oversee the Card Operation Quality
• Managerdaily card operation activities including card stock management, optimizing undelivered card workflows
• Respond to audit findings and take necessory actiosn to high risk users
• Address any urgent production issues

Product Operation:

• Work with the product team to improve the card activation rate, card active rate and transaction volume
• Collect, organize, and analyze product data to ensure that the entire organization uses it to the best of their ability
• Implement and track all experiments related to product operation

Coodinate Marketing and PR:

• Coordinate the local marketing teams / manage campaigns to achieve the product growth goals
• Manage Card Related Annoucements and Posts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• 2+ years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: Product Management, Product Operations Management, Management Consulting, Strategy, Program Management
• Strong data analytic capability
• Fluency in English is a must, proficiency in Mandarin is a huge plus
• Experience in gathering business insights and identifying trends from data, including combination of data from multiple sources
• Experience influencing stakeholders with data
• Experience synthesizing and presenting complex information to senior leadership in writing and verbally
