BNB Chain is an EVM-compatible blockchain with over 1,000 dApps deployed and over 1m daily active users (addresses). We are looking for a Technology Lead for our tech-driven ecosystem. The successful candidate will join the innovative and rapidly evolving field to build a new era of crypto-powered applications.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the community, academy, and internal teams to shape the BNB Chain technology roadmap
- Lead developers to design, develop, test and deploy blockchain platform and infrastructure components with best practices and technology excellence
- Drive innovation together with both internal and external talents
- Focus on user experience, stability, and scalability of the systemsHire and grow the best team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the software industry, 2+ years of team management experience
- Strong technical skills in distributed systems research and development, proficient in one or more programming languages, popular programming paradigms, frameworks, libraries, and middlewares
- Familiarity with the best practices of SDLC, especially on open source projects
- Specifically goal-driven and result-oriented; passionate, entrepreneurial, optimistic, and natural team player.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, experience in working across different departments and/or partners and among communitiesBusiness level English
