Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize processes for on-chain transactions.
• Track onchain transaction records and DeFi transactions.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to monitor each transaction based on multi-signature security audit policies.
• Account/Wallet access management.
• Manage internal and external operational dependencies and priorities.
• Other ad hoc assigned tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a financial operations role, preferably in the blockchain and/or DeFi space.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-oriented or engineering field.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English fluently.
• Be sensitive to processes, and have clear, logical thinking for related duties.
• Team player with strong communication skills and can handle high pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
