This position will develop and execute the gift card global expansion strategy by working closely with internal and external stakeholders on key initiatives. Knowledge on the global payment market landscape is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and support gift card business growth by developing and executing new initiatives/solutions, and translate complex ideas into specific requirements and action plans
• Design merchant/partner operation strategies and explore new business models to grow the business
• Build and maintain proactive alignment with IT team and internal stakeholders, including product, finance, customer support, legal, compliance, and risk to ensure the product can be launched in a timely manner
• Establish and maintain the relationship with payment companies, merchants or other external stakeholders and facilitate product integration and implementation
• Assist management in other strategy research and projects

Requirement:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the Internet, banking or payment industry is highly desirable
• Experience in launching 0 to 1 product is a strong plus
• Must be highly motivated and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
• Crypto trading experience is not required
