We are looking for an Operations Specialist who will join our Global Operations team. This role will be responsible for marketing campaign operation and execution to optimize processes and procedures to achieve maximum efficiency across the different business units.

This role can be based remotely anywhere in the Latam region.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign operation: Be responsible for the operation and execution of the marketing campaigns, which includes collaborating with the different business units and following SOP
• Operational process and structure optimization: Build and run a high-efficiency daily operation system to support rapid growth of the business
• Data monitoring: Track and report on operational performance, and build data campaign performance reporting process
• Operational tools training: Train business units and promote the optimization of internal operations tools
• Email and content marketing: Create and optimize design and layouts of email marketing campaigns
• Other related duties allocated by the team leader

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experiences in marketing operations management, preferably from Internet or Fintech industry
• Knowledge in using marketing automation tools will be a huge plus
• Fluent in English
• Possess experience in managing fast paced projects
• Be able to work independently under minimal supervision
• Be sensitive to data, and has clear, logical thinking for data analysis-related duties
• Great logical thinking ability, communication skills, driven, and quick-learner
