Responsibilities:

• Lead, oversee and develop the entire finance organization to drive greater company value
• Develop, maintain, and revise policies, procedures, processes and internal controls to ensure that proper governance is practiced and upheld for the portfolio company
• Perform cash and crypto asset management and ensure cash/crypto flow is appropriate for efficient operation of the company
• Drive financial planning and forecasting, support business decision making by using a data-driven approach
• Ensure the all accounting book is properly book, develop reporting model to meet regulatory reporting requirement to maintain digital asset service provider or equivalent type of license
• Conduct tax planning and ensure the business meets local tax compliance requirements
• Being a key executive officer of the JV, engage internal/external stakeholder, such as joint venture partner, shareholder reps and binance internal departments, as well as local/international banking partners, professional service providers, regulators and auditors
• Drive key qualitative (e.g., inorganic strategy development, competitive landscaping, industry analyses, etc.), quantitative (e.g., all aspects of comps, financial modelling) analyses and due diligence in support of M&A
• Perform risk management by analysing the organization’s liabilities and investments

Requirements:

• 10+ years of proven experience in accounting, financial controlling, FP&A, with proven record in a finance role with leadership and team responsibility
• Reputation for integrity, dedicated work ethic, and desire for ownership & accountability
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities.
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships with a complex set of stakeholders
• Experienced with high-growth companies, helping organizations through scaling
• In depth knowledge of corporate internal control and risk management practices
• Hands on and have ability to strategize and solve problems
• A working experience or relevant exposure in Thailand is a must
• Crypto/Blockchain, finance or technology industry working experience is preferred
