We hope to create a platform where our users are well supported with excellent quality, fast response time, and accurate information. Support is conducted including but not limited to customer queries, training, and identification approval processes for institutional clients. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the crypto industry and want to be part of a seamless and enjoyable client experience.


  • Handle institutional client enquiries and ad hoc requests via email or video call
  • Conduct product training and identification approval processes for institutional clients
  • Craft messaging to assist with unique client inquiries
  • Review and approve transactions for different business units as necessary
  • Track product requests and partner with product team(s) to ensure successful implementation
  • Be an advocate for the crypto industry and an educator to new clients


  • Minimum 2+ years experience servicing institutional clients, ideally in the investment or wealth management industry
  • Clear and logical communicator. Proficiency in English is require and Mandarin is a plus
  • Proactive, meticulous, and mission-driven, able to be successful in a distributed work environment
  • Perform under pressure

  • Must be based in EU/North America (Visa/Work permit not provided)
