• Build and lead the collaboration tools team
• Target users include both internal team members and customers.
• Balance user experience and security
• Increase efficiency of both internal and external collaborations

Requirements

• Self-motivated and adapt at cross team collaborations
• Experience with collaboration software designs and implementations
• Experience in scoping complex software features with schedule breakdown
• Experience with software algorithms and data structures that are used to create scalable and efficient runtime behavior
• Superior coding skills(Java, swift...) with an emphasis on achieving bug-free software
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong sense of ownership
