Binance is looking for a Community & Marketing Manager who can support our presence on Social media and help grow our communities within the Benelux area.

The Community & Marketing Manager will be representing Binance in Benelux and must be very knowledgeable about our services and the cryptocurrency industry in general in order to best support and create content for our communities with accuracy and passion.

The ideal Community Manager has exceptional Dutch and French oral and written communication skills. They have the ability to develop engaging and unique content while developing and executing growth marketing strategies.

Ultimately, you will act as the face and voice of our brand and the management of all community communication and affiliate onboarding and performance.


  • Grow and manage local online and offline Binance communities
  • Create, translate, and proofread content for Binance, focusing on the local market
  • Moderate the regional Binance social media, platforms, and chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement
  • Explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of the local user base and awareness
  • Assist in organizing online and offline events and meet-ups
  • Assist with Binance Angels recruitment and relationship management
  • Share market feedback and user suggestions with relevant functional teams in HQ
  • Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and other platforms
  • Conduct research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter
  • Support with development and management of corporate clients
  • Analysis and reporting of market growth, surveys, etc.
  • Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials
  • Using social media to engage users, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives


  • Minimum 4 years of relevant acquisition marketing experience, preferably growing a significant mobile customer base leveraging experimentation
  • Execution oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done
  • Must have a strong interest and knowledge in the crypto/blockchain/technology space
  • Must be able to work independently
  • University degree relating to Marketing is a plus
  • Must be speaking and writing local languages (Dutch and French) and have a strong grasp of English
