The Audit and Control role is responsible for developing and implementing a robust framework and initiates regular and/or periodical assessment of established processes, workflows, procedures, and guidelines in Binance Customer Support.

You will also be required to handle a team to manage any internal and external audits on Binance Customer Support required by Group or External parties/Regulators requirement.

These audits are important for contact centers to analyze, gauge and understand the exposures in the system. It helps to improve KPI metrics, enhance customer experience and ensure we are not in any breach of regulation.

What you bring to the Role:

  • Significant experience in setting and fronting the agenda for auditing programs, risk tolerance, regulatory compliance and/or operations functions review, in a technology or service industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, surface, front and contribute to cross-team process improvement projects.
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders across the company to tailor and deliver assessment services to various businesses.
  • Ensure proper tracking and reporting of audit issues raised and closure including record keeping

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of professional educations and experience
  • 4 to 6 years in auditing in the areas of financial, consultancy and/or contact center environments
  • Strong leader who can inspire, motivate and lead a complex organization
  • Excellent judgment handling audit and control mitigation
  • Action oriented with a sense of urgency to get things done
  • Demonstrated proficiency in required software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google equivalents) and computer skills
  • Superior written and presentation skills and an executive presence
  • Speaks both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
