Responsibilities:

• Creation of content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement and leads
• Propose new ideas, research trends and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies for both blog and social media
• Can provide strategy and direction for the development of resources including design posters, advertisements, and other creative contents on a regular basis
• Review and determine campaign optimization strategies to reach daily target, including SEO and organic growth initiatives on social media
• Build relationships on our followers on social media - customers, potential customers and industry professionals
• Regularly review and analyze key performance metrics for each SM platform and blog analytics
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. external PR agency) to ensure effective implementation of the project plan
• Report business progress with quantitative data regularly
• Support other special projects as requested

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience gained from Marketing and Advertising focusing on Content and Digital Marketing
• Basic knowledge in photoshop, illustrator and other design tools.
• Great story teller, can create unique, timely and trendy campaigns
• Preferably with knowledge in FB ads
• Highly interested in investment and finance industries. Understanding in Crypto market is a plus.
• High sense of urgency and best in class work ethics
• Good in connecting, managing and leading people
• An independent individual who is comfortable in a matrix organization and in a start-up role
• A ‘can-do’ attitude when it comes to new projects; looking for an individual who is excited about thinking of new solutions to improve processes and solve problems
• Proactive self-starter
• Fluent in English and Tagalog
