Responsibilities
- Conduct independent assessment on Key Controls and identification of control gaps and weaknesses
- Partner with risk owners in the business to execute the RCSA program, ensuring results are documented appropriately, are actionable and are defensible to third party review
- Executing the third party risk and outsourcing operating model, policies and responsibilities for the business unit
- Monitor and follow up for assignments including RCSAs, KRIs, risk profiles etc
- Develop and review policies and guidelines on Business Continuity Planning to incorporate changes in organizational structure and regulatory requirement in a timely manner
- Collaborate with business units BCM coordinators to develop effective BC Plans and working relationships, and drive BCP activities across the group
- Minimum 5+ years experience in financial services
- Aptitude and experience in risk and control related roles and familiar with operational risk management concepts and tools
- Solid knowledge in BCP and IT security would be an advantage
- Strong written and communication skills
- Experience in operational risk management, auditing, compliance, or IT security would be an advantage
- Good attitude, strong interpersonal & communication skillsAble to work under pressure & meet deadlines
- Any relevant certification including CPA, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, ISO27001
- Lead Auditor would be an added advantage.
