Responsibilities

• Review contracts and drive legal communications with vendors
• Support the team with deal execution and closing on a regular basis
• Proactively source and identify new investment opportunities within the blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystem
• Drive legal due diligence for deal team, identify and highlight legal risks for the management

Requirements

• Licensed lawyer with a law degree from reputable universities
• Prior experience in a crypto exchange, investment firm, or in the financial services sectors specifically Investment Banking, Merger & Acquisition
• Excellent verbal/ written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven track record of interacting with and advising executive and senior management level positions in organisations
• Detail-oriented, results focused individual who can work with minimal supervision
• Passionate about the crypto industry
