We are seeking Customer Support Officers to provide support on global compliance inquiries and operations. Please submit your CV in English.

Responsibilities

  • Handle high volume live chat and other online tools
  • Maintain 24 hour turnaround response, 7 days a week
  • Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information to users pertaining to compliance matters
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests
  • Manage complaints pertaining to compliance matters, provide proper solutions and options within the time limits
  • Participate in internal and external training programs related to AML/CFT and other subjects that may form part of the day to day work requirements
  • Any general administration and ancillary activities as may be required and related to the above functions in accordance with the business requirements of the Company

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years’ directly related experience in a customer support role
  • Compliance experience will be advantageous
  • An undergraduate degree is preferred
  • Able to work on weekend shifts
  • English language is mandatory, second language will be advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to write effectively, with good communication skills.
