Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse the trends of KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
- Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives
- Develop and improve the budgeting, projection and operating forecast
- Produce financial models and analyse them to support strategic initiatives
- Support finance team with data-driven analysis; understand business challenges and propose solutions
- Delivery of competitor analysis, market trends and recommendations to management team
- Develop and maintain good relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/economic/business administration is a minimum
- At least 6 years of relevant analytical experience
- Strong analytical and logical thinking ability
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
- Good business acumen
- Honest and professional work ethic
- Fluent writing and speaking in English
