Responsibilities

• Work with a cross functional team (Product, Business, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support Business Objective.
• Head development and execution process of ethnic and other main focused marketing plans to reach vital customer segments.
• Create, manage and experiment to drive user growth initiatives within targeted local countries.
• Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education and engagement. Maintain and provide strength to the company's brand position in the assigned regional marketing area.
• Involve actively in regional Marketing Operating meetings to drive strategic initiatives.
• Identify specific regional marketing goals and objectives.
• Develop an execution plan and manage the field team by implementing a plan.
• Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.

Requirements

• Excellent creative operating ability, proven with available examples
• Passion and experience operating in the IT/Tech/Fintech field, especially for the cryptocurrency space.
• Strong social media platform understanding
• Fluency in Korean or Germany or Spanish
