Responsibilities

• Support user growth through acquisition, activation and retention channels and familiarise with full growth stack
• Coordinate growth initiatives such as marketing, product, analytical insights, among other program tasks with cross teams
• Monitor growth progress and results using data analysis and user feedback to ensure ever improving efficacy and user experience
• Assist in producing regular reporting – with analysis providing learnings to guide constant improvement of ROI to all relevant stakeholders
• Support go to market strategies and launches for new product features through social media, content, partnership, lifecycle and cross-collaboration initiatives
• Explore new channels and ideas for experimentation, optimisation and user growth

Requirements

• Adaptable and organised: you can handle a fast-paced environment, are highly organised and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects
• Data-driven: you can always get insights and find business opportunities in data
• Humble and hands-on: willing to get your hands ‘dirty’, to get into the details to understand local nuances, user behaviours, crypto/defi trends, and most importantly, willing to embark on a learning journey
• Strong communicator and writer: you breathe words and ideas. You love to transform the ideas in your head into prose and actions
• Fluent in English, international background and ability to speak at least one of the following languages : Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese or French to liaise with stakeholders across the regions
