Binance is looking for a talented Onsite Marketing Manager to strategise and
implement online activities and campaigns with the goal to grow user base and
increase brand/ products awareness as a whole.
This role can be based remotely anywhere in the Asia region.
Responsibilities:
- Grow our user base and increase awareness of all Binance products in activities/campaigns ways
- Planning and execution of online activities/campaigns e.g. gamification programs, online competition campaigns, etc. to a global audience
- Quickly develop a deep understanding of the company's products and users; formulate user growth strategies, expand user growth channels and traffic, and promote user activities
- Participate in or lead the overall planning of user growth; propose practical product solutions, and continuously improve new strategies through product innovation
- Innovate new ways to increase brand awareness and keep up to date on modern marketing trends
- Coordinate work among business units and central teams; be able to communicate requirements and information with products and technical preparations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of growth/ onsite marketing experience, preferably in technology/gaming/internet/e-commerce industry with a B2C target audience base
- Experiences in Gamification strategies and execution on a online platform
- Proven track record in growing and managing user base
- Must have a strong interest and knowledge in the crypto/blockchain/technology space
- Fluency in English is a must, Chinese is a plus
- Data and result oriented; able to work independently in a fast paced setting
- Degree or above in a marketing related field
