Reporting Directly to the CEO of Binance Thailand, you will be instrumental in
setting up key Finance policies and implementations based on the local
requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy of financial control outputs and ensure processes comply with finance policies and procedures covering the Thailand Markets
- General control and accounting oversight for regional transactions
- Coordinate intercompany transactions, and consolidation for financial accounts and statements
- B/S review and analysis at the account level to ensure the financials are in compliance with local and IFRS requirements
- Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets for the region
- Monitor compliance with management policies
- Provide support on license applications and regulatory reporting
- Monitoring adequacy of funds for the region
- Support annual tax and financial audits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Business and Finance partners
- Challenge and support in terms of efficiency and performance in line with the overall strategy and objectives, consistently striving to maximize the added value in order to improve the business performance In the region
- Driving synergies and constantly prioritize the efforts based on risk and value creation within the region
