Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily trading operational activities and coordinate between internal and external parties to resolve issues
• Partner with internal partners (Corporate Treasury, Compliance, Sales/Trading) to ensure the operational processes are enabling business growth in an efficient manner
• Structured risk management approach to enhance governance and structure of daily operations
• Assess business demands and provide overall solutions and implementation ideas
• Manage local the team

Requirements:

• At least 5 to 10 years of experience in FX/investment banking / capital markets/, ideally with experience or exposure to crypto exchange markets
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience managing a team
• Start-up experience & entrepreneurial mentality and ownership mindset
• Strong understanding of exchange operations and/or crypto trading business (order book, liquidity, trading rules reference data)
• Effective communicator
• Able to work independently, but also collaboratively with teams across different business units and regions
• Someone who is geographically mobile is advantageous
