Responsibilities

• Be part of an Agile team responsible for engineering the next-generation Risk platform for the one of world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange
• Digest various business requirements and write solid codes plus tests
• Initiate performance tuning, troubleshoot online incidents, etc.
• Mentor junior engineers joining the team

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proficient in core java and spring framework
• Proficient in MySQL, and familiar with at least one NoSQL database
• Proficient in distributed system design, and familiar with at least one messaging middleware and the underlying design principles
• A quick learner and capable to cope with stress
• Able to collaborate with the remote team across different time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in spring cloud and microservice design
• Working experience on backend system of large internet company
• Performance tuning experience on JVM, SQL, RPC, etc.
• The risk or compliance-related experience is a plus
