We are looking for a lifecycle and campaign Operations Specialist to achieve continuous user growth. You will be part of a highly talented team, working on user growth through data analysis and creative excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Facing to global Binance users, increase user activation and retention rate through churn prevention campaigns
• Design and create lifecycle campaigns and experiments independently based on user understanding and data analysis
• Discover user pain points, eliminate corresponding solutions and finally obtain credible results
• Review the results of campaigns and experiments, and continuously optimize the campaigns to get higher results
• Analyze the data of user behavior and campaign performance
• Cooperate with other teams to increase activation of user transaction on different products

Requirements:

• Mathematics, Statistics or Marketing related major preferred
• 2+ years of lifecycle or CRM experiences from tech or online industries preferred
• Basic knowledge of Excel and statistics
• A clear communicator - ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly, while collaborating closely with Business units and local teams
• Knowledge and interest in the world of Binance and cryptocurrency is a plus
• Fluency in English is required
