Responsibilities

• Develop and identify new business opportunities across different channels specifically in the Turkey region.
• Maintain client relationships, specifically in the Turkey region.
• Drive business growth through partnerships and strategic agreements to increase market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics.
• Create and execute strong digital and offline marketing strategies to aid in the adoption of crypto-based ecosystems.
• Increase operational efficiency throughout the business development organisation.
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across different teams and geographies.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in relevant majors.
• A minimum of 6 years of proven success in digital marketing.
• Prior experience in cross-border collaborative business development projects.
• Background in at least one or a combination of strategy, operations, data analytics, user experience design, behavioural science and portfolio management.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Effective communicator.
• Native Turkish and fluent English language skills.
• Data-driven and metrics-focused approach to decision making.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter, able to drive agendas and execute with minimal guidance or supervision.
• Passion for crypto and digital assets.
• Crypto background is a plus.
