We are looking for a Senior Motion Designer to help develop and define the Binance identity. You will be part of a highly talented team, working to elevate the brand through creative excellence.

This position can be fully remote or can work in one of our locations in Globally.

Responsibilities:

• Research, conceptualize and produce videos on a wide range of crypto-related topics working closely with the video team
• Produce high quality, engaging, original content that can be used cross-platform
• Collaboration with shareholders and departments to maintain a cohesive brand, while developing Binance’s motion design system
• Development of video toolkits and templates; contribute to the team’s capabilities by educating and making use of best practices
• Awareness of the industry and competitor’s video output
• Ideation and leading the production of Brand-led campaigns

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of professional experience in established animation studios, branding agencies, or senior in-house motion graphic branding roles
• Proven track record in developing best-in-class motion graphic design systems
• Extensive portfolio representative of Branding work done
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, and other animation/video authoring tools is a must
• Expertise with C4D (Redshift) or Blender (Eevee) workflows is a big plus
• A clear communicator - ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly, while collaborating closely with teams outside of the creative team
• Fluency in English required
• Ability to single handedly execute end-to-end production remotely
• Knowledge and interest in the world of Binance and cryptocurrency is a plus
