The Organizational Culture Specialist would work as part of a diverse team and be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of various programs that aim at delivering high engagement and driving an inclusive and high performing culture.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders on developing and implementing engagement strategies for employees.
• Providing effective and timely advice to team members and managers on organizational culture initiatives, policies, processes and tools, in a decentralized working enviroment.
• Supporting an inclusive culture that attracts, retains, develops & motivates talented individuals to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Arrange and create employee engagement surveys to understand and provide actionable data and insights across all talent groups.
• Conduct assessment activities to evaluate program effectiveness and look at opportunities to minimize gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in HR or related field of studies.
• 6-8 years of culture management experience in a fast growing team, preferably in global tech companies or professional services.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively and have a problem solving attitude.
• Ability to work well in a fast paced and remote environment.
