Responsibilities
- Maintain a close working partnership with Accounting, HR, Tax and Legal teams
- Review and reconcile payroll calculations, payments and payroll reports
- Prepare payroll and benefits related journal entries and post to accounting system
- Provide technical expertise, information and assistance in all matters related to the payroll system
- Review ESOP benefit records to ensure accuracy and consistency of data within payroll system
- Ensure compliance with professional and authority requirements for ESOP benefit
- Complete ESOP annual census
- Process accounting treatment for ESOP benefit to accounting system
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee information.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in payroll and ESOP processing, cryptocurrency industry experience is a plus
- Possess strong technical skills with major ERP systems
- Excellent organizational and mathematical skills
- Excellent aptitude in both writing and verbal communication in English.
