As the Planning and Forecasting Manager, Corporate FP&A you will support leading the development of the central FP&A processes and be part of the team responsible for the design, coordination and consolidation of the total company financial planning.

You will be partnering with our CFO, Head of Strategic Finance, and the BU finance and business leaders to report on business results and long term planning. In addition, you will captain our financial planning systems implementation and enhancements to enable scalable and standardized processes to support key decision making.

Responsibilities

• Total Company Financial planning: You and the team will be the primary leaders for all financial planning. Design, build and manage end to end the quarterly forecasts and annual planning cycles, including to set total company targets and non-financial KPIs
• Develop, lead and maintain the total company’s annual plan, rolling forecasts and long range plan processes
• Ensure financial planning best practices spread through the organization
• Develop and lead FP&A systems roadmap including implementation works with the support from Technology and external partners
• Analyze variances, identify and communicate risks and opportunities to the plan in order to support on business decisions
• Own and reassess the assumptions for Costs/Expenses for all the regions/countries
• Sophisticated financial modeling: Conduct ad-hoc business case modeling for our CFO and leadership team including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
• Manage a team of finance professionals including day-to-day management & development, career development and coaching, and talent recruiting. Deliver team success through empowerment and accountability. Demonstrate leadership and inclusion best practices

Requirements

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Engineering
• A minimum of 10+ years in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance - Mandatory previous Corporate / Group FP&A experience
• Systems - strong knowledge of enterprise-level financial planning and accounting systems, including previous experience with planning/budgeting system implementation
• Proven management capabilities to attract, retain and develop talent
• Outstanding analytical and Excel skills
• Self-starter - take initiative, be dedicated, set and drive toward goals
• Ability to work in an unstructured environment, navigate ambiguity, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and provide clarity and structure
• Excellent communication and people skills
