Binance Earn is looking for a Product Manager with knowledge and experience of driving UIUX and Dev teams to create Financial Digital products.

This will involve bring ideas for features, prototyping, developing the roadmap, leading the development process for UI/UX and development.

You will work with an international team to develop new and existing services as part of the Binance Earn "one stop shop" investment platform.

Responsibilities:

• Product design skill set including prototyping using wireframe and sequence diagram tools, good user story telling.
• Good knowledge about product development life cycle and have experience involved at various stages, UI/UX design, stakeholder management, test case review, production support and operational process optimisation, excellent presentation and communication skills.
• 5 years+ Financial product management experience, experience in various markets is appreciated.
• Extensive market research and analysis capability to ensure product's competitive edge.
• Data analytical skills. Ability to design product performance dashboard, optimise the product using data driven approach, conduct regular benchmarking vs key player on the market.
• Excellent prioritisation framework, ability to rationalise and align with the stakeholders on the scope of the MVP and further product development.
• Self-driven and looking for quick career growth.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Chinese in order to work with developers.
• Product Management experience leading the product development lifecycle - scrum meetings and driving UIUX and dev team members
• Educational background or work experience related to Finance - with knowledge of Auto- invest/ETF/Fund/Investments/derivatives/Structured products.
• 5+ years working experience with Internet or financial products, has experience with independent product design and implementation of complex functionality.
• Good collaboration and communication ability, fast learner and perseverance.
