P2P Innovation Hub is looking for a Program Manager to lead the new initiatives and build the product from scratch. This will be an exciting opportunity to explore the P2P/crypto adoption into everyday life and together with the team you will build one-of-a-kind innovative products to make a real difference in people’s life. To succeed in this role, you should have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong execution skill; you are a well experienced, data driven, and problem-solver with a passion for the crypto industry, ideally with knowledge on the global payment market landscape is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Identify the business opportunities, formulate the product strategy, drive and support the business growth by developing and executing new initiatives/solutions, and translate complex ideas into specific requirements and action plans
• Design operation strategies and explore new business models to grow the business
• Build and maintain proactive alignment with product and UI/UX team and internal stakeholders, including finance, customer support, legal, compliance, and risk, to ensure product can be launched in a timely manner
• Conduct competitor analysis, collect and analyze feedback from users and other stakeholders, consolidate them into requirements, features and products
• Establish and maintain the relationship with external stakeholders or stakeholders if needed, and facilitate product integration and implementation
• Assist management in other strategy research and projects

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the Internet, banking, or payment industry is highly desirable
• Experience in launching 0 to 1 product is a strong plus
• Must be highly motivated and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilitiesCrypto trading experience is not required
• Must be fluent in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving aptitudeInternational experience, especially in developing regions
