P2P Innovation Hub is looking for an experienced project lead to lead the new initiatives and build the product from scratch. This will be an exciting opportunity to explore the P2P/crypto adoption into everyday life and together with the team you will build one-of-a-kind innovative products to make a real difference in people’s life. To succeed in this role, you should have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong execution skill; you are a well experienced, data driven, and problem-solver with a passion for the crypto industry, ideally with knowledge on the global payment market landscape is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Identify the business opportunities, formulate the product strategy, drive and support the business growth by developing and executing new initiatives/solutions, and translate complex ideas into specific requirements and action plans
• Design operation strategies and explore new business models to grow the business
• Build and maintain proactive alignment with product and UI/UX team and internal stakeholders, including finance, customer support, legal, compliance, and risk, to ensure product can be launched in a timely manner
• Conduct competitor analysis, collect and analyze feedback from users and other stakeholders, consolidate them into requirements, features and products
• Establish and maintain the relationship with external stakeholders or stakeholders if needed, and facilitate product integration and implementation
• Assist management in other strategy research and projects

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the Internet, banking, or payment industry is highly desirable
• Experience in launching 0 to 1 product is a strong plus
• Must be highly motivated and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
• Crypto trading experience is not required
• Must be fluent in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving aptitudeInternational experience, especially in developing regions
