We are looking for a great project manager; someone who is self-motivated, results-driven, and understands content marketing, web design and data analysis. The ideal candidate is in tune with the cryptocurrency industry and passionate about delivering a pleasant experience to our web/app users; you are versatile, a strong communicator and collaborator, and able to come up with brilliant ideas and lead those initiatives independently across teams.

This is a remote role and can be based in any Asia locations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead internal communications with our business units, product teams and departments to inform and educate users about Binance products and developments
• Lead new feature initiatives and coordinate with product and tech teams to improve UI of our announcements channel and enhance user engagement
• Work alongside with local marketing teams, business units and other teams in developing, creating and designing communications across channels, including announcements, email campaigns, inmails and push notifications for different stages of the user journey
• Explore data analytics tools including Google Analytics and our internal data tools to shape our content strategies and drive user acquisition

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, product development or a related field
• Strong internal communications, project management, data analysis and organizational skills
• An understanding of content marketing and profound skills in shaping content strategies through data analysis
• Solid background in the Internet industry, traditional finance industry or the blockchain industry
• Fast and eager learner, keeping trends with the industry
• Action-driven, results-oriented, enthusiastic, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Bilingual in English and Chinese, or native English speaker comfortable with a global environment
• Bachelor's degree or above in web design, project management, marketing or related fields
• Understanding of and experience working with SEO, inbound marketing, email marketing and integrated marketing campaigns is a plus
• Asia-based would be a plus
