We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiting Coordinator Manager to join our HR team. As a Recruiting Coordinator Manager at our company, you will assist with managing our team of coordinators that are crucial to ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly. You will be responsible for supporting our team of Talent Acquisition Specialists in ensuring the best candidate and client experience is delivered.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage world class recruitment processes with our Talent Acquisition Specialists
• Communicate effectively within the TA team on workflows and process management
• Identify areas of recruiting strategies that need improvement and implementing new solutions to meet our recruitment needs
• Effectively managing our recruiters’ needs by taking ownership of the candidate’s recruitment process
• Understanding business needs and priorities to ensure goals and KPIs are met in a timely manner

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience, with at least 2 years of experience building, managing, and leading coordination operations
• Competency in using HR management tools (e.g ATS, Google Suite)
• International experience and experience working across different timezones and geographies
• Strong knowledge and understanding of end to end recruiting process from an administrative perspective, from creating job postings to crafting of offer letters
• Adaptable, dynamic, and proactive, enjoys working in a fast-paced and performance and delivery focused environment
• Effective communicator
• Excellent time-management skills
• Project management skills will be beneficial
