Due to our strong growth trajectory, we are looking for a Recruiting Lead to support the build out of our Product function for positions including but not limited to VPs and Directors of Product, Product Leads, Product Designers (UI/UX), UX Content Strategy, etc.

This individual would be responsible for hiring across a number of regions for our multiple product lines.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product leaders to understand their needs and develop hiring strategies together
• Creating new recruiting strategies and improving talent acquisition branding
• Source top talent through online and offline channels
• Create attractive job materials and posting on various channels
• Screen candidate resumes and conducting interviews and assessments
• Coordinate interviews for internal stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product or tech recruiting
• Experience with Product hiring is a must
• Fluent and effective communicator
• A keen ability to recognise top talent from interviews and resumes
• Effective stakeholder management, relationship building and consulting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and logical mindset and communication style
• Strong problem-solving ability and an open mind to challenge
